Randy graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy in 1990. He spent much of his career in both an outpatient clinic pharmacy, gaining invaluable clinical skills, and a community based pharmacy where he found his true professional passion, personalized patient care. In 2014, Randy eagerly joined Swan as a partner and upholds Swan’s commitment to extraordinary customer service. Randy enjoys traveling with his wife, sports and spending time with his three daughters.

Adam graduated from the University of Cincinnati School of Pharmacy in 2012. He has practiced in community pharmacy for his entire career starting out as a clerk at an independent pharmacy in high school. Adam is passionate about patient care and is excited to expand Swan’s clinical services including immunizations, point of care testing, and medication therapy management. Adam enjoys always improving on his karaoke with his wife and daughters.

Carey graduated from Drake University in 1995. Her interest in the profession was inspired by working in her father's pharmacy while growing up. Her professional career has been in community pharmacy actively promoting patient care and implementing natural products when possible. Carey enjoys many outdoor activities with her husband, daughter and son.
